  • You’ll get a pair of goggles to wear to protect your eyes. I’ll apply a gel to the treatment area and use the IPL machine to send pulses of light over the treatment area.

    After the treatment, I’ll wipe off the gel and apply soothing post treatment products.

  • It depends on your individual hair growth cycle and treatment area. You’ll notice results after the first treatment.

    Most clients see permanent results after eight to ten treatments.

    But it depends on many factors, like the number of follicles you have, your skin type, and hormone levels.

  • No. I use FDA-approved IPL equipment. It has an inbuilt cooling system, so your skin won’t burn.

    As a qualified beauty therapist and a professional who takes your health and well-being seriously, I have the necessary training to apply the technique safely.

  • Because each shard of light heats each shaft individually, most clients say the treatment feels like being zapped with a rubber band or a tingling.

    I am trained to make the treatment as pain-free as possible.

    A topical anesthetic (numbing cream) can be applied if required.

  • Treatment for a small area like underarms can take around 15 minutes, whereas legs are around one hour. There is no downtime.

  • You’re free to continue your day when it’s finished.

    However please ensure you wear adequate sun protection for at least 24 hours post treatment.
